You will work with testers, sensors, and wiring diagrams to generate accurate instructional material.

The role requires BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical, with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and documentation.

Qualifications

Be able to diagnose vehicle systems and create informative content.
Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel, comfort and safety systems, and their sensors/actuators.
Familiar with removal/refit tools and procedures for content creation.
Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical problems using testers and diagnosis tools.
Identify and interpret DTCs and correlate with vehicle faults.
Conduct vehicle testing with component checks using standard diagnostic gear.
Understand wiring diagrams, color codes, connectors, and DIN standards.

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle electrical/mechanical problems and document results.
Create guided troubleshooting content with clear step-by-step instructions.
Develop high-quality automotive content using various authoring tools.
Support removal/refit procedures and reference materials for trainees.
Maintain records of tests, procedures, and outcomes for quality control.

Job Desc Should be able to diagnose vehicle independently, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in vehicles, create content for Guided trouble shooting.

Must Have Skills

Research and create high-quality, informative, and engaging automotive content using different Authoring tools.
Strong knowledge of Gasoline, Diesel, Comfort & Safety systems. With detail workflow & working of sensors & actuators involved in these systems.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and procedures related to removal & refit is important. This knowledge will allow to create informative and instructional content.
Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems problems in Vehicle using different testers & Diagnoses tools.
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) identification and understanding the specific error code that has been generated.
Conduct vehicle testing, including Individual component testing. Proficiency in using automotive testing and diagnostic equipment, such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
Understanding of automotive electrical system wiring diagram, wire color codes, connectors, and components and its functionalities. Including understanding symbols & DIN standards.
Maintain detailed document records of system tests, Removal & refit procedures, and results for reference and guidelines.
