Signify is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations leader in India to manage daily treasury activities, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliance. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance treasury performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing centralized treasury operations (In House Bank, Payment Factory, Middle Office) and developing related IT systems. A senior professional with 8–10 years of hands-on treasury experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on treasury operations experience, including payment factories and in-house banking.
• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews treasury reports to support financial decision-making.
• Forecasts cash needs and manages short-term investments with finance teams.
• Deliver centralized treasury operations including In House Bank / Payment Factory, Middle Office and related IT systems/tools.
• Operate, manage and develop treasury operations and related processes and IT systems/tools.
• Execute treasury operations activities focused on Payment Factory, Inhouse Bank, Middle Office and cash management.
• Act as subject matter expert for treasury products, services and processes.
• Establish and maintain bank relationships relevant to scope of activities.
• Identify issues and opportunities; act as treasury operations contact for various departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prepares and reviews treasury reports and documentation to support financial decision-making.
• Collaborates with finance teams to forecast cash needs and manage short-term investments.
• The role is responsible delivering the centralized treasury operations (In House Bank / Payment Factory, Middle Office), including the associated processes and IT systems/tools.
• Operate, manage and develop the treasury operations, including the relevant processes and IT systems/tools.
• Execution of Treasury Operations activities focused on Payment Factory and Inhouse Bank processes and Middle Office and cash management.
• Subject matter expert role for Treasury products, services and process.
• Establish and maintain bank relationships relevant for the scope of activities and responsibilities.
• Identify and advise management on issues and opportunities.Acting as a Treasury Operations contact for Treasury Departments (Corporate Finance incl. Risk, Accounting and Control, Pensions and Insurance), Accounting Operations (P2P, O2C, RtR), Financial Counterparties.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in financial principles and treasury management.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in treasury operations, including managing payment factories, in‑house banking, cash management, and treasury IT systems.
• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent is essential to demonstrate expertise and credibility in treasury functions.
