Job summary

Lactalis India is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage daily cash positions, banking relationships, and intercompany funding. The role emphasizes liquidity management, debt management, and treasury reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of treasury/finance experience, strong cash management skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SAP Treasury. CMA/CTP or CA/CPA certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity for operations.

• Execute intercompany funding and debt management.
• Optimize working capital and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with bill discounting with banks/fin institutions.
• Support trade finance documentation and compliance checks.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal audit readiness.
• Assist month-end close with reconciliations and treasury journals.
• Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Department: Finance C Accounts Reports To: Head - Treasury Experience Level : 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Process customer and vendor payments.
• Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing payment transactions daily.
• Manage banking relationships, including opening/closing accounts and negotiating fees.
• Execute treasury operations such as intercompany funding and debt management.
• Optimize working capital and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Assist in processing bill discounting transactions with banks and financial institutions.
• Support documentation and compliance checks related to trade finance instruments, including bills of exchange and discounted invoices.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
• Assist with month-end close activities including reconciliations and treasury- related journalentries.
• Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior management and board review.
• Partner with internal departments to support overall financial strategy

Required Skills:
