Qualifications

• 2–4 years in finance, treasury, or cash management.
• Basic understanding of bank reconciliation and cash forecasting.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections.
• Ensure funds are available to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Assist in optimizing working capital and managing liquidity efficiently.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare and process bank transactions including transfers, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile daily bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all treasury transactions are recorded accurately.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports for senior management.
• Prepare treasury schedules for finance and audit purposes.
• Maintain organized records of cash, bank balances, and supporting documents.
• Monitor interest rates, foreign exchange movements (if applicable), and other risks impacting cash.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Support the implementation of internal controls for treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
