Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Treasury Specialist in India to lead transformation initiatives and manage front-end treasury operations. The role focuses on designing TOM for treasury, cash and liquidity management, and comprehensive reporting across MIS dashboards.

You will collaborate with finance, risk, operations, and technology teams while supporting ERP implementations and reporting automation. A strong background in TOM and front-office treasury is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in treasury, finance transformation, or financial services consulting.
• Strong experience in front-office / front-end treasury operations.
• Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP / treasury systems and tools like Power BI / Tableau / Excel.
