Job summary

Everpure in Bengaluru invites an International Treasury Manager to shape and safeguard its financial foundation across international entities. You will lead regional cash management, optimize intercompany liquidity, and scale banking infrastructure using AI-enabled tools to drive capital efficiency.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A and Legal to execute month-end close, support audits, and continuously automate treasury processes, enabling rapid global growth from our Bangalore hub.

THE ROLE

As our International Treasury Manager, you will shape and safeguard Everpure's financial foundation across international entities. Partnering closely with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and Accounts Payable, you will lead regional cash management, optimize intercompany liquidity, and scale high-impact banking infrastructure. You will leverage AI-enabled tools and automated workflows to transform cross-border financial operations into a seamless, high-performing growth engine. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive capital efficiency, mitigate risk, and directly fuel Everpure's global expansion.

What You'll Do

• Optimize Global Liquidity & Capital: Mastermind regional cash optimization strategies and intercompany funding structures to maximize capital efficiency, execute short-term investments, and minimize idle liquidity across international entities.
• Lead Banking Relationships & Governance: Serve as the strategic operational lead for international financial institutions, managing account lifecycles, user access controls, and periodic KYC compliance to maintain robust financial governance.
• Build Predictive Cash Models & Trade Finance: Develop high-accuracy liquidity forecasts and deploy AI-assisted analytics to evaluate cash variance, while managing Letters of Credit (LCs) to ensure trade compliance and support business scale.
• Drive Cross-Functional Excellence & Compliance: Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to execute month-end close reconciliations, support financial audits, and continuously automate treasury processes for maximum organizational speed.

What You Bring

• Treasury Expertise: 6+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience managing complex international cash operations, intercompany liquidity, and trade finance within a global enterprise environment.
• Systems & Automation Mastery: Technical proficiency in ERP platforms, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and AI-driven automation tools to modernize workflows, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
• Strategic Collaboration & Execution: Outstanding analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of translating financial insights into actionable outcomes alongside Legal, Tax, and Accounting partners.
• Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
