Everpure in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Expense Analyst to own and optimize the global Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem using Concur, driving automation, compliance, and seamless user experience. You will partner with finance, IT, and cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes governance, SOX alignment, dashboards, and executive analytics to inform budgeting and strategic planning, with live training sessions and stakeholder enablement.

THE ROLE

As our Senior Expense Analyst, you will champion Everpure’s global Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem, optimizing enterprise Concur systems to ensure seamless financial operations, compliance, and user experiences. Partnering closely with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will drive process automation, strengthen internal SOX controls, and eliminate operational risk. Your analytical insights will directly inform executive decision‑making and scale global travel governance.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Optimize Enterprise T&E Systems: Lead end‑to‑end administration, system configurations, and intelligence reporting within Concur to drive continuous process simplification, workflow automation, and seamless integration across corporate platforms.
• Strengthen Global Governance & SOX Controls: Establish, monitor, and audit T&E control frameworks aligned with internal SOX practices to prevent fraud, eliminate duplicate reimbursements, and maintain audit readiness across all business units.
• Deliver Executive Data & Analytics: Design actionable T&E metrics, dashboards, and reporting models for business leaders to enhance spend visibility, optimize travel budgets, and guide strategic financial planning.
• Drive Process Excellence & Stakeholder Enablement: Facilitate live interactive webinars and training sessions, establish industry best practices, and resolve complex T&E queries to deliver exceptional internal customer support.

What You Bring

• 8+ Years of Specialized Concur & T&E Experience: Extensive hands‑on background administering and configuring Concur Travel & Expense, managing Intelligence Reporting, and driving enterprise workflow optimizations.
• Financial Governance & Audit Expertise: Deep knowledge of expense management best practices, internal auditing, and SOX compliance frameworks designed to mitigate financial risk and standardize global policies.
• Data Analytics & Technical Problem‑Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, map process flows, and translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and system enhancements.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership & Communication: Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships, leading global training programs, and applying sound judgment to policy decisions.

We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
