Everpure seeks an Expense Analyst to safeguard resources and modernize our global T&E operations in a data-driven way. You will partner with global units to audit expenses, optimize processes, and reinforce controls using Concur and AppZen.

Expect a hands-on role in an in-office Bangalore environment, with opportunities to drive policy improvements and stakeholder support across the organization.

Qualifications

THE ROLE

As an Expense Analyst at Everpure, you will safeguard company resources and deliver an exceptional employee experience by modernizing our global Travel & Expense (T&E) operations. Operating at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and policy governance, you will partner cross‑functionally across global business units to optimize expense auditing, minimize financial risk, and drive process automation. This role offers the opportunity to leverage cutting‑edge platforms like Concur and AppZen to transform routine audits into strategic operational insights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Global Audit Excellence: Execute comprehensive expense report reviews using Concur Expense and AppZen AI tools, auditing expenditures, foreign exchange rates, and itemized costs to guarantee adherence to Everpure’s Global T&E policies.
• Optimize Processes & Automation: Utilize data analytics and Intelligence Reporting to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline auditing workflows, and scale process efficiency across global business units.
• Mitigate Financial Risk & Enhance Controls: Proactively evaluate expense patterns to strengthen internal controls, preventing duplicate reimbursements, identifying system inconsistencies, and reducing fraud risk.
• Deliver High-Touch Stakeholder Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for global employees, resolving complex T&E queries promptly while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Standardize Operational Documentation: Maintain robust departmental documentation and collaborate across finance teams to establish standardized reporting and continuous T&E process improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years of professional experience in global expense auditing, financial analysis, and corporate expense policy enforcement.
• In-depth expertise using modern expense management and analytics technologies, specifically Concur Expense, AppZen, Concur Intelligence Reporting, and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven, and problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex expense data, apply sound corporate judgment, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset focused on collaborating effectively across diverse, cross‑functional teams.

We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
