Pure Storage India Pvt Ltd (Everpure Data) in Bangalore is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 6-10 years of recruiting experience to partner with hiring managers and drive end-to-end recruitment. You will build diverse pipelines, advise on market trends, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across business and technical functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruiting, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, decision‑making, offer strategy, and onboarding alignment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade‑offs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and competitive talent markets.
• Proactively source, engage, and maintain strong and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Use recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview Coordination to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.
• Help craft compelling job descriptions that clearly communicate the Pure Storage story and employer brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Everpure(formerly Pure Storage) is primarily an in‑office environment. This role is based in Bangalore, and you’ll be expected to work from the office in line with company policy, except during PTO, business travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE
