Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to manage daily treasury tasks and ad hoc admin in the Group Treasury Management System (Diapason). You will coordinate with global stakeholders, ensure accurate bank statement integration, and contribute to KPI-driven treasury processes.

Ideal candidates have a strong focus on detail, excellent Excel skills, and a solid grasp of treasury/cash workflows. This role offers exposure to global groups and opportunities to enhance treasury controls

Qualifications

• 10-11 years of experience in treasury or cash management.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Solid understanding of Treasury/Cash processes and controls.
• Experience with Diapason TMS or similar systems is preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Bank statement analysis and integration into the TMS via SWIFTnet.
• Treasury reconciliation rules management with inputs from subsidiaries/shared services.
• Referential data management in the TMS and alignment with group databases.
• Handle payment rejections and perform first-level problem solving.
• Conduct user audit reviews and collect feedback.
• Produce recurrent treasury reports and metrics as defined by Group Treasury.

About the Role

The treasuryAssistant Manager will manage daily treasury tasks and ad hoc administration tasks in the Group Treasury Management System – TMS - (Diapason) such as:

• Bank statement analysis – Ensure correct integration of bank statements received via SWIFTnet into the TMS
• Treasury reconciliation rules management – Integration of rules with input from subsidiaries or other shared service ressources in charge of treasury reconciliation
• Referential management (entity, bank account creation…) – Ensure that creation in the TMS masterdata is aligned to the naming conventions and ensure consistency of the TMS referential data with other Group databases (Consolidation tool, ERP, Legal database Dilitrust…)
• Payment rejections – First level analysis and problem solving for payment files rejected by Diapason (for ERP issued payments) or by the bank (for payment processed by Diapason)
• Audit (user review) – Collect feedbacks from Group on recurrent user review
• Reporting – Produce recurrent reporting as required and defined by the Group Treasury department (for instance : treasury reconciliation statistics, Free cash flow extraction from Diapason…).

The Treasury Analyst will be assisting the Group Treasury Department and be a key player in Treasury Processes. He/She will be providing a first level of support to users worldwide.

This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail with a will to learn. Role responsibilities could be extended in the future depending on capabilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with Group, Regional & local contact (external/internal)
• Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Participate in process improvement activities
• Documentation of processes (reviewed and validated by Group Treasury)

What do we need from you

Essential:

• 10-11 Years of experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong excel and data handling skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good understanding of Treasury/Cash processes
• Ideally previous knowledge of a TMS (notably Diapason system)
• Good Time management skills
• Collaboration with Internal & external stakeholders (holding, banks…)
• Experience of working to deadlines
  

Desirable:

• French language skills a plus but not mandatory
