RWS is seeking a Treasury Administration Manager who is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, security, governance, and continuous improvement of all online banking, treasury, and payment portals used across the organisation. The role ensures that users have appropriate access, controls are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and banking platforms operate effectively to support global treasury activities. Acting as the primary point of contact between Treasury, Banking Partners, Finance teams and IT, the Treasury Administration Manager drives standardisation, process optimisation, risk management and treasury system enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Job Overview

• Own and manage the various online banking platforms used by the Group.
• Administer user access, entitlements, permissions, and segregation of duties in accordance with internal policies.
• Coordinate user onboarding, access amendments, and removal.
• Maintain a robust access control framework to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure portal configurations remain aligned with business requirements.
• Manage the Group's corporate credit card and virtual card programmes, including maintaining supporting documentation and approval records.

Access Governance & Controls

• Establish and maintain effective access governance and control frameworks across all banking platforms.
• Perform periodic user access reviews to ensure appropriateness and compliance.
• Ensure compliance to internal control requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain supporting documentation for all access requests, changes, and approvals.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

Banking Relationship Support

• Act as the primary contact for banking partners regarding portal administration and access management.
• Coordinate bank mandate updates, signatory changes, and user maintenance activities.
• Manage implementation of new bank portals and enhancements.
• Support treasury projects involving new banking relationships or services.
• Assist with bank account opening and closure, cash management projects, and other treasury initiatives.
• Manage and review of the Group's bank guarantee portfolio, including issuance, amendments, renewals, releases, and cancellations.

Project Management

• Support treasury transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Lead treasury portal implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Participate in banking connectivity, payment automation, and treasury optimisation projects.
• Support treasury activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations.
• Lead user access rationalisation initiatives, including the review, cleanup, migration, and optimisation of permissions across banking platforms.
• Drive initiatives to streamline online banking platforms to improve efficiency, governance and administrative control.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Systems, Banking Administration, or Financial Controls.
• Experience managing online banking platforms across multiple banking partners.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems and electronic banking solutions.
• Experience working within a regulated control environment.
• Exposure to global treasury operations and multinational organisations preferred.
• Online banking and treasury portals.
• Payment platforms and SWIFT connectivity.
• User access management and identity governance principles.
• Segregation of duties and internal control frameworks.
• Cybersecurity and information security best practices.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
