Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (for all roles):

• Work on brand-specific projects such as Go Banjara, HumSatva, Rooomin, and others.
• Contribute to operational strategies that enhance business efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world solutions.
• Engage in problem-solving, innovation, and proposing new strategies based on the industry you're working in.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Design (Product, UX/UI, Industrial Design)

• Work on the development of product designs for TRD brands.
• Create user-centric designs that meet client needs and enhance brand experiences.
• Participate in the design process, from ideation to prototyping, ensuring alignment with TRD Studios' product strategy.

2. Management (Business Strategy, Operations)

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop business strategies for TRD’s brands to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, while maintaining operational excellence.

3. Legal Research

• Conduct regulatory analysis and research compliance laws relevant to various industries, with a focus on Indian and international standards.
• Assist in structuring legal data for our Generative AI platform for legal compliance, ensuring that it is optimized for automation.
• Perform case law research and provide insights on legal trends that can be integrated into AI-driven compliance systems.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure legal data is correctly implemented into the platform’s decision-making algorithms.

4. Finance (Financial Modeling, Accounting, Business Analysis)

• Develop financial models to support business strategy and long-term planning for TRD Studios' brands.
• Perform market analysis to assist in pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and investment opportunities.
• Support the finance team in budget planning, financial reporting, and analyzing key business metrics.

5. Marketing (Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Strategy)

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for TRD brands, enhancing their digital presence.
• Work on brand campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop content strategies for social media, websites, and promotional materials.

6. Supply Chain (Logistics, Procurement, Distribution)

• Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for optimization, especially within TRD brands like Go Banjara.
• Work on procurement and logistics strategies that ensure efficient product delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in creating a streamlined distribution network for new product launches.
