Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing function in executing brand,
digital, and content initiatives for Tridiagonal Solutions. The role involves designing
marketing collateral as per the company's fixed brand template, supporting
website SEO efforts, managing LinkedIn content, and assisting with
webinar planning and promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on,
end-to-end exposure to B2B marketing in a technical engineering consulting environment.

Website & SEO

• Assist with onpage SEO activities including meta titles, meta descriptions, keyword research, and content optimization
• Support monitoring of website performance, search rankings, and basic SEO reporting
• Help update and proofread website content under guidance

Design & Brand Collaterals

• Design marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, social creatives, presentation slides, email templates) strictly as per Tridiagonal's fixed brand template and guidelines
• Support creation and formatting of PowerPoint decks, capability presentations, and internal/external communication materials
• Ensure brand consistency (colours, fonts, logo usage, tone) across all marketing outputs

LinkedIn & Social Media

• Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling posts for Tridiagonal's LinkedIn corporate page as per the content calendar
• Support creation of carousels, polls, and campaign posts (e.g., recruitment posts, event highlights, webinar promotions)
• Track basic engagement metrics and follower growth

Webinars & Events

• Support end-to-end webinar coordination including promotional content, registration tracking, and reminder communications
• Assist with pre- and post-event marketing collateral (teasers, banners, follow-up emails)

General Marketing Support

• Assist in email campaign creation and formatting
• Support content development for blogs, case studies, and newsletters under guidance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (BD, technical teams) and external partners for marketing inputs
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, templates, and campaign materials

Experience Candidates with an interest in Digital Marketing

Education MBA in Marketing (pursuing or recently completed)

Key Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing fundamentals
• Strong sense of design and visual aesthetics; working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or PowerPoint design
• Good written and verbal communication skills
