Mancraft Consulting in Mumbai Suburban seeks an experienced professional to handle group travel itineraries, managing bookings and relationships with B2B partners. Candidates should have 2 years of experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, and be knowledgeable about airline policies.

The role includes issuing tickets, processing cancellations and refunds, as well as coordinating with airline representatives. The position offers 6 days work with alternate Saturdays off and shifts from 10 PM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Ability to maintain relationships with airline partners and B2B clients.
• Knowledge of airline policies and group fare trends.
