Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or a related field; freshers with a strong interest in travel sales are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Recommend and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and add-on services.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for customized itineraries and quotations.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for booking confirmations and updates.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel documents.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Maintain regular and timely follow-up with prospective customers.
• Provide pre-travel and post-travel assistance.
• Handle basic customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
