The role requires strong air ticketing expertise, GDS system proficiency, and excellent coordination to deliver a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate and leisure travel management.
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing processes and fare structures.
• Hands-on proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Experience in hotel reservations through multiple booking engines and supplier networks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage corporate and leisure travel bookings from inquiry to confirmation.
• Handle air ticketing operations, including fare calculation, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Work on GDS systems for ticketing and reservations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal teams for timely confirmations.
• Assist clients with itinerary planning, modifications, and post-booking support.
• Ensure accuracy in bookings while following company policies and service standards.
• Provide prompt and professional communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

This role requires strong expertise in air ticketing, GDS systems, hotel reservations, and excellent coordination skills to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.

• Manage corporate and leisure travel bookings from inquiry to confirmation
• Handle air ticketing operations, including fare calculation, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Work efficiently on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Manage hotel reservations using various booking engines, supplier portals, and direct hotel contracts
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely confirmations
• Assist clients with itinerary planning, travel modifications, and post-booking support
• Ensure accuracy in bookings while following company policies and service standards
• Provide prompt and professional communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
