Job summary

Amazon in India is seeking a proactive account management professional to strengthen relationships with shipper accounts and drive shipments and revenue growth. The role focuses on building shipper-level strategies, communicating the value proposition, and drafting joint business plans.

You will address operations, claims, and receivables while following standard operating processes to scale the function, leveraging local insights and data to refine the value proposition.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required.
• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive experience to shipper accounts and win volume (#Shipments and Revenue) and hygiene parameters.
• Develop individual account management strategy at a shipper-level.
• Understand and reinforce the value proposition and create joint business plans with shippers.
• Act proactive and reactive measures on key business parameters like operations, claims, and receivables.
• Follow the standard operating processes to scale the working of the function.
• Help refine the business value proposition using local knowledge, secondary research and past data.
