We are seeking an accomplished Global Transportation Consulting Leader to drive strategic growth, thought leadership, and large-scale transformation programs across the transportation ecosystem, with a primary focus on Airlines, Airports, Ports, and Terminal Operations.

The ideal candidate will be a recognized industry leader with deep domain expertise, strong client advisory capabilities, and a proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives. This role requires the ability to engage C-suite executives, shape industry-leading solutions, drive business growth, and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering technology-enabled transformations.

A strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Autonomous Operations, Digital Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation is essential to help clients reinvent their operating models and enhance customer, operational, and financial performance.

Primary Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Transportation Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• 15+ years / 18+ years of consulting and industry leadership experience.
• Significant experience serving Airlines, Airports, Ports, Maritime, Terminal Operators, or Transportation Authorities.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs valued at $10M+.
• Demonstrated experience engaging board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong consulting background with global advisory, strategy, or technology-led transformation organizations preferred.
