• Ensure adherence to the laid down process.
• Exercise control and monitoring during shuttle services.
• Manage overall daily operations for Transport.
• Supervise the transport team.
• Conduct vendor management from an operational perspective.
• Engage with employees for transport service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with vendor SLA’s.
• Submit daily operational and management reports.

Major Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
• To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
• Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
• Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
• Manage the transport team
• Vendor management from operational perspective
• Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
• Adherence to SLA’s by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
• Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis

Qualification

• Any graduation

Work Experience

• Minimum Experience – 5-8 Yrs in the same field

Compensation : Commensurate with market
