Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition activities, including KT planning and execution, coordinating with internal and external teams, tracking progress, and managing transition financials.

The role requires 4-6 years in transition management for deals, strong communication, presentation and risk management skills; PMP certification is a plus. Travel to client/vendor engagements is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals.
• KT planning, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and RFP solutioning.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Presentation and stakeholder management.
• Risk management, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• People leadership and quality compliance.
• PMP certification is a plus.
