Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to guide transformation strategy and roadmap, drive adoption of Now Assist capabilities, and deploy an Autonomous Operations Center with an operational intelligence framework.

The role focuses on leading observability and monitoring transformations, driving automation across the application portfolio, and ensuring governance and realization of all transformation commitments while serving as the primary liaison between customer

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Operations, Application Management, Infrastructure, or Service Management.
• 7+ years leading transformation programs.
• Experience managing large-scale AMO engagements.
• Experience driving productivity and automation programs.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management.

• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap responsibilities.
• Handle and drive ServiceNow ITOM & Now Assist Transformation and Drive adoption of Now Assist capabilities.
• Own, Design and Deploy - Autonomous Operations Center (AOC) and establish operational intelligence framework.
• Must Lead the Observability & Monitoring Transformation.
• Lead automation programs across the application portfolio.
• Own the definition, governance, tracking, and realization of all transformation commitments.
• Establish and operate transformation governance across the engagement.
• Serve as the primary transformation liaison between customer and Tech Mahindra.
