Your Role

• Drive productivity improvements and transformation for large AMS accounts using automation, Gen AI, and problem management.
• Lead data-driven service improvements across Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Manage senior stakeholders (internal leadership client CXOs) and ensure strong engagement.
• Own account financials, governance, and continuous improvement (CMIP).
• Provide leadership to transformation teams and oversee end-to-end delivery excellence.

Your Profile

• Overall experience required is 12-18 Years only.
• Strong experience in Application Maintenance Transformation, especially across SAP functional areas.
• Expertise in at least one: RPA/Automation, Gen AI, Problem Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Data analytics mindset to drive insights-based service improvements.
• Stakeholder client management skills at senior levels.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
