Job summary
Workforce Management Consultancy is seeking a Transformation Lead in Chennai, India, with 10–15 years in business process transformation, consulting, shared services or BPS operations and a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
The role requires expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Process Redesign, and automation tools (RPA, AI) with ERP, Process Mining and data visualization capabilities. Salary offers up to 30 LPA.
