Job summary

mapletechspace is hiring a Transactions Analyst to support real estate transaction workflows at InfoPark, Koratty. The role involves preparing offers, listing agreements, and managing all transaction documents in Lone Wolf while coordinating with clients, lawyers, and brokers.

Night shift timing is from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST. The candidate should have 0–2 years of experience, strong English communication, and CRM tool familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools preferred.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati or other regional languages is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in support and coordination.
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process.
• Prepare listing agreements and upload property listings for sale or lease on behalf of sellers and landlords.
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring that all required documents are collected from agents and cooperating brokerages before the closing date.
• Enter and maintain transaction details in Lone Wolf (deal management and accounting software) and develop proficiency in its features and functionalities.
• Provide timely administrative and operational support to real estate agents, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processing and timely closings.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
• Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have).
• 0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination.
• Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
