Job summary

Cloudxtreme Bangalore seeks an experienced Transctn Procng Ut Mgr to lead a process team in a night shift. You will supervise daily client meetings, drive performance, and guide team members toward professional growth while ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in team handling, and knowledge of banking/capital markets is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years total experience with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
• Knowledge in cost basis, Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage.
• Shift Night (Flexible) as per process requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage team effectively and act as interface between the team and internal/external customers.
• Foster team development through motivation, feedback and career guidance.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Conduct daily client/fleet meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee disciplinary and escalation matters and ensure timely resolutions.
