Generic Standards
Experience: 15 - 18 years of progressive OTC, PTP, RTR financial operations experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and OTC, RTR or P2P cycle best practices.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication abilities.
