alt.f coworking is seeking a leasing professional to drive office/retail transactions and landlord relations. You will lead client meetings, prepare LOIs and lease deeds, and close deals while ensuring accurate market insight and site selection.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with developers and brokers, plus rigorous market analysis for optimal micro-market fit. A candidate with revenue-sharing or management-contract experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Should have executed office/retail leasing transactions.
• Should have worked with IPCs, DPCs and Landlords.
• Experience with Revenue Sharing / Management Contract deals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction execution from client meetings to LOI/ATL, Lease Deed, deal closure and LD registration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
• Perform location analysis and identify best product fit for the micro market.
• Conduct in-depth market research and gather micro market intel.
• Maintain excellent broker relations and expand market reach.
• Create property options and filter the best-fit options from the market.
• Conduct site visits and prepare in-depth property specification reports.
• Gather property-specific market intel on competition and market rental.
• Run financial numbers and feasibility reports for landlords.
• Communicate with internal and external clients & channel partners.
