Job summary

Persistent System's Behavioral Learning team seeks a Training Specialist to drive strategic workforce capability through impactful programs. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, design scalable solutions, deliver engaging interventions, and measure outcomes.

The role requires 5–10 years in behavioral or soft-skills training, strong facilitation and content development skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools. Hybrid work in Pune is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
• Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Passionate about enabling people growth through impactful learning experiences and measurable behavior change.
• 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
• Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and platforms.
• Certifications in psychometric assessments and experience with Assessment & Development Centres will be an added advantage.
