Miraclus Orthotech Pvt Ltd in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Training Manager for the Trauma orthopaedic segment to design and deliver focused programs for surgeons, nurses, and sales staff.

Qualifications

Training Manager - Trauma

Role & Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on Orthopaedic implants(trauma & spine), covering product knowledge, surgical techniques, and patient care protocols.
• Create training materials such as presentations, videos, and manuals to support the delivery of training programs. Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for sales employees, dealers, healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff, both in-person and virtually. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to effectively communicate complex concepts and techniques.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals during surgical procedures involving Orthopaedic implants. Offer assistance with case planning, implant selection, and troubleshooting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and deliver training programs for new product launches. Ensure that healthcare professionals are adequately trained on the features, benefits, and usage of new implants and instruments.
• Stay updated with advancements in Orthopaedic technology, AO courses, associations, surgical techniques, and clinical research. Incorporate new knowledge and best practices into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and observation. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives.
• Ensure that training programs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including those set forth by regulatory bodies such as the CDESCO, ISO, CE, USFDA, ANVISA and international regulatory agencies.
• Development of segmentation, go to market strategy and plans for marketing activation with customers and sales teams for India and International Markets.
• Develop and execute on Initiatives and programs for customer engagement and training on product and procedures.
• Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes from Medical device industry.
• Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for launch of New Products & for growing sales of focus products.
• Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Stays informed of industry trends and provides recommendation to management team on course correction and/or risk mitigation.
• Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.
• Manages a team of young marketing professionals. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources.
• Engage in initiatives around sales & marketing productivity improvement.

Essential Requirements

• More than 5 yrs experience, B Pharma/ M Pharma.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and resolve critical issues. Demonstrated ability to lead highly efficient marketing teams.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
• Background or prior experience in MedTech/Orthopaedic domain is a plus.
