Job summary

Miraclus Orthotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth in orthopaedic products across the Tamil Nadu region. You will plan and execute monthly, weekly, and daily tours, present product benefits to doctors and distributors, and close sales while maintaining excellent relationships with stockists and surgeons.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs experience in sales or business development, MBA/Graduate background preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to plan and execute field visits
• Strong coordination with distributors and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour programs and submit to RSM.
• Discuss and execute joint tours with RSM in target areas for lead conversion.
• Present products and explain advantages to doctors and distributors to generate sales.
• Maintain rapport with distributors and surgeons; address queries and provide solutions.
• Achieve sales and operational targets; ensure timely reports and MIS data.
• Distribute and manage inventory with distributors; follow up on payments.
• Lead a team in the given region and drive primary, secondary, and instrument sales.

• Candidates from ORTHO IMPLANTS-TRAUMA are highly preferred.
• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily tour program & submit to RSM.
• Discuss & Execute jointly tour visit with RSM in the potential area for lead conversion.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, explain a product advantage/benefits, USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.
• Listen, understand doctors, surgeons, distributors problems and provide solutions.
• Timely address and escape problems queries to ASM/RSM and convey solutions to doctors, surgeons.
• Responsible for the achievement of sales and operational targets as decided.
• Maintaining excellent rapport with the existing distributor and surgeons.
• Timely submission of the daily report, expense statement, and update ongoing progress status report.
• Perform Distributor management inventories level management, order deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Strong coordination & closely follow up at all levels for any open queries and problem.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Primary, secondary and instruments in a given area.
• Smooth functioning of channel (stockiest) by ensuring optimum stock for primary, secondary & instruments
• Follow up for payment recovery on time and zero outstanding with distributors
• Provide various MIS data to management for strategic decision.
