Job summary

Chola is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for insurance agents across general, motor, health, and related products. You will develop engaging content and deliver sessions to enhance agent knowledge and skills.

You will conduct regular assessments to measure trainee progress, collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, and ensure all delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
