Roles & Responsibilities
Training Needs Identification
- Support identification of training needs based on regulatory requirements.
- Assess the feasibility of conducting training using internal resources.
- Coordinate and plan required training programs.
Training Planning & Execution
- Support development of the Annual Training Plan.
- Prepare training schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct mandatory technical training programs.
Training Course Development
- Prepare training course content and presentations.
- Regularly update continuation-training materials.
- Ensure training material remains current and compliant.
Examination & Assessment
- Conduct required examinations.
- Evaluate examination results and participant performance.
- Review course feedback and communicate outcomes to the Training Manager.
Training Process & Compliance
- Update training processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure training activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain smooth functioning of training activities.
Training Records & Documentation
- Ensure completion of appropriate training records.
- Maintain attendance, examination evaluation, feedback and training documentation.
- Submit required records to the Training Coordinator.
E-Learning
- Support implementation of e-learning to improve training effectiveness.
- Review, prepare and upload continuation-training content into the e-learning system.
AEPT Practical Training
- Coordinate with the Base Maintenance team to understand maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate maintenance tasks during practical training.
- Conduct Actual Environment Practical Training (AEPT).
- Ensure daily completion and maintenance of AEPT training records.
Annual Training Review
- Support the Training Manager during the annual training review.
- Assist with preparation of annual training review documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other functions assigned by the ManagerTraining and HeadQA.
- Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with MOE and applicable documents.

Qualification & Experience — Exact JD Criteria
The JD provides three qualification routes:
- Graduate Engineer in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering + minimum 2 year aircraft maintenance experience.
- AME Diploma holder with B1 or B2 Type Rated License on a complex motor-powered aircraft + minimum 3 years licensing experience.
- Successfully completed an AME course from a DGCA-approved Category G training institute, CAR 147 Basic MTO or EASA Part 147 Basic MTO + minimum 2 years maintenance experience (currently used for AEPT).
