Job summary

Redion in Mumbai seeks a skilled Training Lead to mentor a team of 25-30 new hires and ensure comprehensive coverage of processes during training. You will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, design materials, and work with SMEs to keep content accurate and engaging.

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities are required. You will manage records, track outcomes, and coordinate on-the-job training and certification throughout the program.

Role & responsibilities

• Training a team of new hire associates upto 25-30 and ensure end-to-end process coverage during training.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, based on the requirement.
• Design and manage training content and materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions to ensure understanding and retention of information.
• Adapt quickly to changes in training requirements, delivery methods, or company policies, demonstrating flexibility as needed. Work closely with operational teams to understand challenges and develop targeted training solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes.
• Execute assigned tasks and projects within specified timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• On the Job training and coordination for certification.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Outstanding customer service skills & Basic knowledge of telephony
• Experience in managing voice + Chat or Email processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
