Job summary

You will develop frameworks, templates, and governance to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences for Global Capabilities Center teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, training design, or instructional design (corporate environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies, and training frameworks.
• Advanced English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

The Learning & Development (L&D) department operates as a centralized function supporting all areas of the Vestas Global Capabilities Center, ensuring training is consistent, effective and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design training frameworks and standards applied across all teams
• Ensure training quality and consistency through guidelines, templates, and methodologies
• Evaluate training impact by collecting feedback, monitoring performance, and refining the learning approach
• Establish quality criteria for training content and delivery conducted by process trainers
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis, assessments, and service performance & quality indicators
• Maintain the learning governance model, ensuring training is documented, standardized, and regularly reviewed

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, training design, or instructional design (corporate environment preferred)
• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field (advantage)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies, and training frameworks
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern learning technologies
• Experience working in shared services, operations, or process‑driven environments (advantage)
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) for cross‑functional collaboration and documentation
