Job summary

Guidehouse India seeks a Medical Coding Training Specialist to educate new coders and provide ongoing education for coders, QA teams, and leads. You will develop training materials, conduct audits, and drive improvements based on error trends.

The role focuses on achieving at least 95% coding accuracy per client contracts and sustaining productivity without compromising quality. This position offers engaging learning opportunities across India, collaborative projects, and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 3–5-year coding experience.
• Should be AHIMA/ AAPC Certified.
• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties.
• Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend.
