The Trainer is responsible for performing all training-related duties, including pre-class preparation, curriculum delivery, learner assessment, and post-training follow-up activities.
This role requires delivering training across multiple subjects, systems, learner groups, and formats, including classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and on-the-job training. The Trainer will be responsible for creating an engaging and impactful learning experience while providing ongoing support to associates beyond onboarding and new hire training.
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of overall professional experience.
Minimum 2+ years of training experience in: Medical Coding (Inpatient or Outpatient), Healthcare Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management lifecycle and related terminology, including: ICD, CPT, HCPCS, EOBs, Medical Coding workflows.
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Preferred certifications include:
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
