Opportunity to work as Trainer with First Credit Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of training associates and consultants.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Use a variety of training strategies/learning experience like Role plays, simulations, hands on etc.
• Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Stakeholder management.
• Track and compiled collected data.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicating training needs and online resources
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Instructing employee training and onboarding
• Conduct training through new materials.
• Review employee performance and learning
• Research new teaching methods

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Facilitation skills.
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms like some LMS
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules

Education and Experience:

• Must have minimum of 2 years of 3rd Party collections experience.
