Job summary

INPRO is seeking a QA Engineer in Nagpur to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications. You will perform both manual and automated testing, building robust test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, and perform API testing with Postman/JMeter.

• Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cypress, and Playwright with Python.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, load, and UAT testing.
• Conduct API testing with Postman and JMeter.
• Track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, QA Touch, Mantis, and Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and standards.
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum/waterfall methodologies and ensure timely and quality releases.
• Conduct customer presentations/demonstrations and actively participate in client communications, including business discussions, requirement analysis, and testing strategy formulation.
