Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Gujarat is seeking a qualified technician to support parenteral manufacturing operations. With 2+ years of experience and an ITI or Diploma, you will contribute to GMP-compliant vial filling lines, PFS filling line, and aseptic areas.

You will handle equipment qualification/re-qualification activities, maintain clean logs, and participate in QA-ready documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with parenteral manufacturing environments.
• ITI / Diploma in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• - Sign off as authoriser/doer where applicable (as per role).
• - Maintain parenteral GMP documentation including logs for cleaning/sanitization.
• - Participate in equipment qualification / re-qualification activities.
• - Responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• - Manage aseptic and Freeze Drying area related qualification activities within Parenteral Manufacturing Area.

• Person is authorize to sign (as a doer) :
• Parenteral GMP documents
• Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs
• Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
• He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
