Responsibilities

• Course Development: design and develop training material on injectable manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom practices; create engaging presentations and interactive content for trainees
• Training Delivery: conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for production staff; ensure effective knowledge transfer on aseptic behaviour, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and sterilization
• Unit Operations Expertise: in-depth knowledge of injectable manufacturing unit operations such as aseptic filling, lyophilization (freeze-drying), and visual inspection
• Process Troubleshooting: address common issues in injectable manufacturing and provide practical solutions in aseptic environments

Technical Trainer specializing in Injectable Manufacturing Operations

Plays a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills related to sterile pharmaceutical production.

Course Development:
