Key Responsibilities:

• Global Support: Handle calls for international clients (US/UK/AU).
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries through voice calls in a professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, and applications.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for issue resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet quality standards, productivity timelines and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Education: Graduate or PUC completed
• Skills: Strong active listening and basic computer literacy.
