Job summary

Infinx Services Private Limited is hiring for a role focused on analyzing outstanding claims and initiating collection efforts. The position involves denial follow-ups and documentation in client software.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be able to work night shifts, and ideally have some medical billing experience. Benefits include ESIC, PF, and insurance. Working days are Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Medical billing AR or claims adjudication experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report.
• Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required.
• Documents and takes appropriate action of all claims in the client’s software.
• Builds good rapport with insurance carrier representatives.
• Focuses on improving the collection percentage.
