Job summary

Inframat Alloys is seeking a diligent data entry operator to record daily production data from multiple lines, and to maintain accurate records in ERP/SAP or MS Excel. Fresh graduates with basic MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.

The role involves coordinating with Production, Quality and Stores to collect necessary data and generate routine production reports. Candidate should have numerical aptitude and a basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Record daily production data from CGL, Tube Mill, and HR Slitting lines.
• Enter production details into ERP, SAP, or MS Excel accurately.
• Maintain records of production quantity, shift reports, downtime, rejection and scrap.
• Verify entries against logbooks and machine reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Stores to collect data.

Role & responsibilities:

• Record daily production data from CGL, Tube Mill, and HR Slitting lines.
• Enter production details accurately into ERP, SAP, or MS Excel.
• Maintain records of production quantity, shift reports, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
• Verify production entries against logbooks and machine reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments to collect required data.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of production records.
• Maintain proper filing of production documents and reports.
• Report discrepancies or missing data to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
• Good numerical and data entry skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is preferred.
