Trainee The Trainee, TIAA India provides administrative support for work that focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. Under close supervision, this job collects financial information and assists in the preparation of financial presentations to support the analysis of internal financial information, economic conditions, and financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.

The role will be responsible for supporting FP&A processes within Nuveen across AUM, Cap Raise, Revenue, and Expense workstreams, involving analysis of numbers from various finance systems and source data, preparation of reporting and variance analysis, and support of monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The role will also build and maintain management dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, and investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems & drive process improvements.
