Black Box in Mumbai invites graduates for Graduate Trainee or Diploma Engineer Trainee roles to gain hands-on experience across AV, Networking, ELV, cybersecurity and data center technologies. The program offers structured training and real-world exposure to enterprise IT infra, with job rotation and on-the-job learning.

Selected candidates will participate in well-defined training, support projects, and documentation tasks, with opportunities to work across multiple locations in India.

Competenze

• Candidate freshers or up to 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, ELV, security, AV, cloud or data center techs.
• Structured training programs with on-the-job learning in IT infrastructure.
• Exposure to AV, Networking, ELV, Cybersecurity, and Data Center domains.

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.
• Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting AV solutions, network infrastructure, ELV systems, cybersecurity, and data center infra.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.

Job Description

Build the future of digital infrastructure by gaining hands-on experience across Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies while working on enterprise-scale projects and solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Trainees (GTs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) to join our Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions.

Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.
• Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting:
  • Audio Visual (AV) Solutions
  • Network Infrastructure

  • Data Center Infrastructure
• Support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service partners for project execution and support activities.
• Adhere to information security, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities, audits, and infrastructure health checks.
• Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation, and technology evaluation initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, project milestones, and deliverables.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:
