Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs.
• Assist project and operations in deploying and supporting AV, network, ELV, cybersecurity, and data center infra.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems.
• Monitor performance and help troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prepare documentation, diagrams, and project records.
• Coordinate with teams, customers, vendors and partners.
• Adhere to security, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Assist in PoC, testing, validation and technology evaluation.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.

This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.
• Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting:
  • Audio Visual (AV) Solutions
  • Network Infrastructure
  • ELV Systems
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Data Center Infrastructure
• Support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service partners for project execution and support activities.
• Adhere to information security, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities, audits, and infrastructure health checks.
• Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation, and technology evaluation initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, project milestones, and deliverables.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:
