Black Box is hiring Graduate Trainees and Diploma Engineer Trainees for its Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services division in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. The role offers hands-on exposure to AV, networking, ELV, cybersecurity and data center technologies.

Designation is Trainee Engineer with a Full‑Time employment type and a fixed CTC of 3 LPA. The program emphasizes structured training, on‑the‑job learning and engagement with enterprise‑grade solutions across IT

Formación

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma/degree qualifications listed above are acceptable for the trainee roles.
• Exposure through internship, academic projects or hands-on work in IT infrastructure, networking, ELV systems, security, AV or cloud is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.
• Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting AV, network infrastructure, ELV systems, cybersecurity, and data center infrastructure.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and project records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and service partners for project execution and support.
• Adhere to information security, safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, audits and health checks.
• Assist in PoC, testing, validation and technology evaluation initiatives.

About the Role

Build the future of digital infrastructure by gaining hands‑on experience across Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies while working on enterprise‑scale projects and solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Trainees (GTs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) to join our Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship, academic project, or hands- on exposure in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:
