Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic laboratory tests under supervision of senior chemists.
• Prepare chemical reagents and standard solutions as per prescribed methods.
• Support sample collection, labelling, and documentation tasks.
• Analysis of raw materials, in-process, intermediate and finished products in HPLC & GC sections.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of lab equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain analysis records as per system requirements.
• Analytical data recording on SAP and LIMS systems daily.
• Follow safety instructions and Responsible Care standards.

Position Purpose

To support the Quality Control team in routine testing and quality checks of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. The role aims to provide hands-on training and practical exposure in analytical chemistry, lab procedures, and industry practices to fresh B.Sc. & Msc graduates.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Understand and align with PI Industries' quality policies and regulatory requirements.
• Learn and adhere to standard laboratory practices and quality procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality and compliance.

Operational Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic laboratory tests under the supervision of senior chemists.
