Yes Bank Ltd. is looking for a motivated apprentice to work with branch teams to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and banking operations. You will participate in lead generation, account opening, compliance, and supporting branch activities to meet business targets.

Responsabilités

• Identify and generate NTB leads through catchment visits, marketing activities, and digital outreach.
• Assist team members in day-to-day sales activities, documentation, and operational processes.
• Educate potential customers about Yes Bank products and services, ensuring clarity on features and benefits.
• Keep customers engaged, understand their requirements, and address queries effectively.
• Learn and develop understanding of sales strategy, business targets, banking products, customer engagement, and account opening processes.
• Collaborate with the assigned Sales Officer (SO) and team to qualify leads and drive conversion, cross-selling, and acquisition targets.
• Support in organizing local marketing campaigns and activations to enhance brand visibility.
• Share daily activity reports and lead status updates with Branch Manager.
• Adhere to Yes Banks code of conduct, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

• Identify and generate New-to-Bank (NTB) leads through catchment visits, marketing activities, and digital outreach.
• Assist team members in day-to-day sales activities, documentation, and operational processes.

• Keep customers engaged, understand their requirements, and address queries effectively.
