- Assist senior scientists with sample preparation, dilutions and reagent preparation
- Perform routine wet-chemistry tests under supervision
- Maintain logbooks, raw data sheets and instrument usage records
- Undergo structured rotation across wet chemistry, instrumentation, microbiology and QA
- Participate in 5S, housekeeping, calibration and consumable management
- Attend daily technical briefings and weekly knowledge-sharing sessions
- Complete assigned training modules and clear competence assessments
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety, PPE and waste-disposal protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Food Technology
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm for the pharmaceutical analysis stream
- Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, graduation)
- Basic understanding of titrations, spectrophotometry and aseptic technique
- Eagerness to learn instrumentation — HPLC, GC, AAS, UV-Vis, FTIR
- Good documentation discipline and laboratory safety awareness
